Are You Licensed and Insured?

All our technicians are trained, licensed and insured as required by law. 

What is Your Warranty?

We offer a 5-Year Warranty on parts installed during a repair, and a 30-Day Warranty on the labor performed. Complete terms and conditions will be presented for your approval, along with a written estimate, prior to initiating any repair.

 

Do You Offer Written Estimates?

Once an appliance is diagnosed, we will provide you with a written estimate for the cost of the repairs, which will include a breakdown of all charges: parts cost, labor cost and any additional charges, such as tax, shipping and handling, if applicable. 

Are Parts Available On-Hand or Must They Be Ordered?

We carry a large inventory of genuine Sub-Zero / Wolf replacement parts - both at our warehouse, as well as on our technicians' trucks. In most cases, we're able to complete a repair from the first visit. In the event a part is not available on-hand, we will place a part order. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive all part orders and return to complete your repair. Our office staff is working diligently to keep all customers up-to-date regarding the status of their parts order.  

 

​Are Senior, Military or Other Discounts Available?

We offer various promotional discounts to our customers, as well as seasonal offers and limited-time offers. Please ask our office staff about our current promotions.

 

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept payment via Cash, Check or Credit Card.
